Dear vashkulat,
Your account contained images which violate our Terms of Use. These Terms apply to all users regardless of the Public/Private setting of the account. When you created the account, you agreed to abide by these terms and we clearly explained the consequences of violating those terms.
Photobucket.com attempts to maintain a website that is absent of offensive, indecent or objectionable content. That is our general policy and your images were removed in accordance with that policy. The Photobucket.com Terms of Use, found at http://www.photobucket.com/terms, reflect that policy by giving Photobucket the right to remove content that, among other things, (a) it deems unlawful, obscene, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or hateful; (b) invades the privacy of any third party; (c) contains nudity, illustrated nudity, pornography, illustrated pornography, child erotica, or child pornography; or (d) Photobucket deems otherwise objectionable.
Sincerely,
Your Photobucket Support Team
В ответ я написал достаточно резкое письмо (должен же там кто-то человеческий сидеть):
Would You explain me how 80% cropped and 180deg rotated part of an image can violate You Terms of use while whole image has not been found anacceptable? Do You really think than 80% crop and rotating can make same photo became "it deems unlawful, obscene, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or hateful; (b) invades the privacy of any third party; (c) contains nudity, illustrated nudity, pornography, illustrated pornography, child erotica, or child
pornography" or became (d) ?
I'm still waiting not even explanation, but appologies.
With best wishes and regards,
Yuriy Vashkulat
Dear vashkulat,
The image that was removed contained male genitalia. Clearly an image of nudity. We will not restore the image.
Sincerely,
Your Photobucket Support Team
Dear Support Team
Clearly, the image You have removed, is 80% cropped and rotated picture, representing a woman's decollete (I'm stressing - not nude, not minor woman). You can make sure if compare two pictures in attachment.
Additionally, I completely understand that Your hard work, consisting in whole-day looking on nudity, porno and child erotica lies very specifis print. But I have to say, that if You see PENIS when You are looking at (even rotated) FEMALE BREST, You completely surely have to visit a psychoanalyst. May be You have to take a little vacation?
With best wishes and certain concerns over Your health,
Yuriy Vashkulat
P.S. Oh, thanks for a topic for my blog. "Photobucket Support Team Begins
PenisHunting. Hide your decollete!" ;)
Dear vashkulat,
The image was removed in error and has been restored. Sorry for the
inconvenience.
Sincerely,
Your Photobucket Support Team

Yuriy Vashkulat
